Daily Dancer rides again!

Yeeeeeeehawwww! Time to saddle up and ride off into the jungles of fun. Everyone, jump on it!
Apache
I just love reading the comments on my site. From yesterday's comments, I learned that I can get a college degree in two weeks! Wow! Just think of the career opportunities! Man, if I knew I could get my degree in two weeks, I wouldn't've wasted so many years and thousands of dollars. Anyway, I'm off to my place of work. See you Monday!

Man, it's hot in here!

Whoooo! It's getting closer and closer to summer, the days are getting longer, and the temperature is getting higher... Speaking of temperature, today I dance to a hot song requested by some fans.
Temperature
OK. Now, I've gotta cool down. See you Friday!

Shimmy shimmy all over

Hey! I hope you all liked yesterday's surprise. Although, based on my comments, maybe I should step down and let my surprise guest dance three times a week... Nah! I have a good one for you today. Enjoy!
Shimmy Shimmy Quarter Turn
Time to take off my jammies and get ready for work. See you Monday!

It's surprise time!

Yeah, have I got a surprise for you! It is right here behind this umbrella. Step right up and have a peek! You might not want to look if you are sensitive to nudity.
[TW] Sgt. Pepper
Sensitive to nudity? What nudity? Well, it is true that you might not want to look if you are sensitive to nudity. But, maybe you do want to look! It is like me saying that you might not want to look if you are wearing a green shirt. It is a fair comment. Enough for my little lecture. See you tomorrow!

Ra, Ra, Ra, Yeah!

Today's breakfast is Russian fries with cheese and gravy on top. Yum!
Rasputin
OK. Really, my breakfast was waffles with peanut butter and molasses on top. Really yum! Has anyone else tried that? So good.
And in response to previous comments: I've already done My Humps, YMCA, Macarena, Footloose, and Thriller. Check them out in the video archive! Especially Thriller. Generally, I've been bad at replying to comments, as I'm not sure who goes back and looks for responses to their comments. If you e-mail me you'll always get a response, although not necessarily immediately.
I'll be back tomorrow with a little surprise that should keep Persian Guy and others satisfied for another little while. :)

What time is it?

It's PEANUT... uhhh, no it's not, but I did have yogurt and granola for breakfast. Of course, I could have surprised you with someone else dancing in the DD jammies. I know one guy who would love to see my common-law mother-in-law doing the peanut butter jelly. Hmmm, that reminds me that I should post more of her dances soon. Anyway, here is my own latest dance.
AEIOU Sometimes Y
Y? Because I can, that's Y. Heh! So, I hope that dance gave you a good refresher on your vowels. Come back on Wednesday for my next dance. Bye!

It's PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!!!!!!!!
Peanut Butter Jelly Time
Whoooooo, that one wiped me out! Now you know what I'm having for breakfast... Yep, that's right! Yogurt and granola! :)
Today is Good Friday, and I have the day off. If you celebrate Good Friday, remember to avoid that red meat. Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend. See you Monday, when you know what time it will be. :)

Following Monday's video, a few people had comments and questions about curling. Here is my response. The shots weren't bad, for one of my first times. Actually, my first shot was much better in terms of my sliding and rock speed. The broom is for two things: balance and sweeping. Sweeping smoothens the ice to make the rock slide farther. And Kristie was right about being sore for days. I can still feel it! Oh, and where was my sweeper? On my first shot, I didn't have one, because I was practicing. On my second shot, I put too much speed on my rock, so it didn't need sweeping.
I'll be back on Friday with another new dance. See you then!

Sweep! Hurry hard!

Ahoy, me mates! Last Friday, I did tell you that I would be curling that day. And curl I did! Here is a video of two of my shots.
Curling
As fun as curling was, it left me pretty darn sore all over. Especially in my buttocks, my abs, my back, my arms... yep, that's pretty much all over! The Masters golf left me a bit sore as well, as Freddie didn't win. Then again, these athletes already make millions for doing what they love. I don't think anyone is that much better than anyone else to deserve to be that much richer, but that's a different topic.
I fixed a bad typo last night. In the heading of Friday's post, I had "compter" instead of "computer". Dang! In any case, people seemed to really like my dance to Cha Cha Slide. That makes me feel good. Anyway, it should be an extremely busy and tiring week at work this week. I hope to get a new dance to you, but we'll play it by ear, as they say. Ola!

Now, slide to your computer screen

You know, I love songs with room for interpretation. And songs with instructions make the interpretation so much easier. Today, I dance to one such song, requested by Mindy. Now, see if you can follow along. :)
Cha Cha Slide
Now, slide to the left... Now, slide to the right... Now, slide off to work... Actually, today at work, we have no work at all. Well, maybe a little... For about 100 of us, it is a fun day and we are all going curling. Yay! And when my team isn't playing, I can watch golf on the television (it is Masters weekend). Isn't life grand? See you Monday!

Another lesson in respect

That darn vacuum has got to give me some respect. Just a little bit. You've probably seen my dance to one "Respect" song. Today, I have another, requested by "a bunch of teachers living and working in Hong Kong". Enjoy!
A Little Respect
Phew! At least the vacuum didn't hurt me this time. Anyway, I have deadlines fast approaching, so I am outta here. I'll be back on Friday.

A minority of one

Now, listen up! This is what I need, this is what it's gonna take. I need every single one of you to yell "one, two, one, two, three, four"... Ahhhh, Green Day are awesome! I've seen them in concert the last three times they came to town. If you've been following my older dances, you'll remember my dance to American Idiot outside the great Jelly Belly factory. And if you've dug deeper, you may have seen my attempt to play Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) on guitar. Now, I try Minority, thanks to Matthew's request...
Minority
That was fun. Did you notice my American Idiot shirt? Smokin', wasn't it? Anyway, it is time for this dancing minority of one to get to work. Peace!
